Paul and Rahel Birch founders and Directors of New Beginnings are themselves migrants and are now proud citizens & residents of Australia. They have also lived and worked in UK, Ethiopia, India, and the United Arab Emirates. Both have extensive international career experience, which has involved travel to many countries. During this time, they have gained a firsthand understanding & appreciation of many cultures and nationalities.
When recruiting candidates, providing training & developing and other services, selecting partners and vendors & employment within our own company, we will be consistent in upholding our values and making decisions based solely on performance, merit, competence, and potential. - Seven million people in Australia or 27.6% of the total population were born overseas.
- 48.2% of the population have a parent born overseas.
- Since 2017 Australia has welcomed more than one million new migrants and the top five countries of origin are India, Nepal, Philippines, China & Vietnam.
Our Corporate Social Responsibility Programs (CSR) will be focused on supporting Refugees new to Australia with a range of services in collaboration with official Agencies.
