At New Beginnings Skills International, our primary business activity is sourcing and recruiting local & overseas skills for our clients, namely, Australian-based Businesses and Government enterprises. Our sourcing targets countries that currently provide the most substantial number of migrants and international students to Australia and have an established reputation for qualified and well-trained people.
The targeted Skills are those listed by the Australian Dept of Home Affairs as being eligible to be granted a visa to live and work in the country, based on The Skilled Occupation List or SOL.
As we expand and grow, we will also provide clients & candidates with related ancillary services. It includes outsourcing recruitment, offshoring work activities, migration and relocation services, cultural awareness and assimilation training, skills training & certification, workforce planning & consulting advisory services, and more.
